Summonable Bow Ability/Trait?

Okay, I've been trying to figure this out for a bit now but I can't find any ability or armor/weapon sets that describes this... Basically, while painfully grinding this one dungeon, I got a DPS (who wasn't doing that high of a DPS, I'll be honest) who was summoning some sort of floating spectral bow a lot that just auto-shoot at enemies while he continued fighting. I like the idea and really wanna know where it is from. I keep checking but overall having no luck in figuring out what it is from...

Does anyone here perhaps know what I am talking about? I don't care if it is truly good or not, but rather just wanna try and have fun with the idea. It sounds like a neat fun thing to do sometimes, and I like those kind of things...

Thats what I thought so at first...but OP says they can continue to use skills while bow is shooting...so I think it is Ballista...

I had a poke around the internets, and came to the same conclusion after watching a few videos using AW.

Next time, I'll be sure to defer to the more knowledgeable forumites
