Mirror Passives

There are some class passives that benefit both stam and mag versions of those classes like for example:
- Energized
- Burning Light

But there are also some that are only/partially useful when you are specced into one of the 2 resource pools like:
-Hemorrhage: While the crit damage bonus is useful to both stamblades and magblades, the weapon crit buff is useless to a magblade
-Mountain's Blessing: The ulti gain is useful to both stamdk and magdk, but the weapon damage buff is useless to a magdk

Those 2 buffs don't go to waste if you are in a group with stam users, but what if you are solo with a magblade/magdk or in a group with only mag users? Shouldn't those and other similar passives from all the classes be upgraded so that both playstyles benefit 100% from the passives?

From a selfish prospective, yes, they are useless. If you're a team player then they are not.

Sorcs can give Minor Prophecy and Templars can give Minor Sorcery. I see no need for other classes to give those same buffs.

Agreed. Each passive in every class should be beneficial in some way to both magicka and stamina builds when solo. Even if only beneficial under a certain condition that is easier for say stamina builds to pull off than magicka builds.

Would be nice if the one stealth passive from NB had an effect outside of stealth too
