Hi, I have been away from the game since a few months before morrowind and I am just wondering what the non trial gear meta is for a PVE DPS stamblade.

A constant 5 piece of hundings rage (try to keep it on both bars) is still really good. Popular monster sets for stamblade include Krag, selenes, velidreth. The other 4 or 5 piece is up to you. Mix craft set (eg: nightmothers) with agility jewellery (if you don't need monster set) or use a 5 piece with jewellery and dw. Spriggan for example.
