Dungeon Finder - Quick question

Is there a way to queue for vet or non-vet in Random Dungeon Finder.
The reason being in my level 40 Stam Sorc I dont see any option for this. And also in my CP 200 lvl 50 Mag Blade whenever I queue up it automatically puts me on vet ones.

Your level 40 has no way to queue for a vet dungeon yet

On your cp characters you can choose vet or nonvet in the dropdown menu, it does tend to choose vet by default.

P -> itemlist choose random normal dungeon or random veteran dungeons

If you are switching to normal dungeon in the dungeon finder it will not put you in a vet dungeon, even on your CP characters. You may get the V shield symbol on the screen if you have the group set to Veteran in your social/group screen but it will definitely put you in a normal dungeon.
