Protips for those of you who are dying repeatedly to bombers or groups trying to run in:

1. DON'T. STAND. AROUND. Seriously, I see people unstealthed standing right next to the group, screwing around in their inventory or what have you. You might as well have a neon target above your head. Oh, wait, you do! Your alliance shield! Okay it's not neon but shut up

2. Don't immediately go in to loot the bosses. I actually back away right before they die, and come in a few seconds after everyone else has gathered their stuff. That moment when everyone is crowding around the tiny pile of ash is go time for boom time.

3. Look around the room! PVP is like 70% situational awareness. Notice those trash mobs in front of the entryway are conspicuously absent? Suspish. Also don't kill those trash mobs in front of the entryways. They're your free, crappy lookouts. Yes, you'll have to listen to rhapsodizing about the simple depravity of the Daedrat, or that Khajiit are too gamey, but it's a small price to pay for a warning system.

But y'all are gonna all ball up anyway, so if you need me I'll be playing it smart and not getting bombed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Your points are very valid and I see the more experience players (who often walk around with Imperial physique) move away from Molag Ball after the kill xD, since they know what might be coming. But for the most part my most successful bombs has been when people are waiting for Molag to spawn (for the portals to activate) and standing around in groups of 20-30 ppl. That neon-sign comparison made me laugh a lot.
