Question about weapon enchants.

Just a few questions:
- What is the cooldown on them? does it depends on the enchantment?
- What is the % of activation?, I think that light attacks, skills and other stuff have different chances of activating them
- How do the enchantments on offhand items work?
- How does the enchantment on back bar works? I heard that if you cast a dot on back bar it can activate the enchant if you are on the front bar
- If you have the same enchantment on both bars, do they share the same cooldown?

✭✭-4s for damage enchantments, 10s for others.
-100% on LA and HA (but only one can activate at a time). 100% on skill use for main hand. Berserker Enchantments can only proc off of LA/HA
-Offhand enchantments have a % chance to have their 100% chance proc to occur, we don't know exactly what it is. But they cannot proc off of skills for whatever reason.
-Only on some Unique Weapons now (vMA), and that functionality is still not totally fleshed out. From recent design changes it looks like enchants on back bar will not work unless these enchantments are duration based enchantments (berserker shielding)
-Yes, they share the same cooldown. Even if they are on different bars. This is all spot on, but I would add to the last point, that enchantments of different elements do not share a cool down. I can proc flame on my front, and lightning on my back, back to back under the cool down process.
I'm not sure whether this is intended or not, but I have built around it specifically for my PVE and PVP focused Torugs builds.1
