LF a build that uses vMA Lightning staff charged

I'm a dunmer magicka nightblade and the best staff i got from vMA is a charged lightning staff first i thought to save it for retraiting but then i saw a video of Masel62 something that uses this staff actually. So if someone point out a potential build with this staff i would be grateful.

if youre solo or running 4 man content, that charged staff might be of use. if youre using it 12 man, your healers should be running a charged lightning staff so you should switch to an infused lightning staff

Tnx for the link though it is a build for sorcerer. The writer says vMA becomes relaxing with this setup, well, it is hard to believe but i can give it a shot if i level a mag sorc.
