I just found this on uesp:

Redoran Style Master is awarded for learning all of the Redoran Style motifs. There are 14 books in all to find. They can be found in "owned containers", Thieves Troves, and people's pockets in Vvardenfell. Those who don't have access to the Morrowind DLC can still find them in Guild Stores.

I thought you could only get them from pickpocketing, so why does this say you can get them from containers within trespass homes? Or am I misunderstanding the meaning of owned containers?

    couple of my guildies mentioned getting them from furniture, rather then safeboxes. I have never personaly seen it, I've only ever gotten them from pickpocketing. still.. doesn't hurt to look the containers while you are robbing citizens, what's the worst that can happen? you find some furnishing recipes and a bunch more stuff to fence.

    I have also been told that there is an internal cd of you gen\t get a chapter more often then once every half an hour. again, no idea if its a coincidence, or actual CD, but I have been having much better time taking a break and doing something else for half an hour before going back to pick pocketing/stealing.

    You get them from pickpocketing NPCs in Vvardenfell, or buy from others doing the same.
    Completed all a couple weeks ago, again sitting on 52/52. Until next DLC at least :#

    K, I probably shouldn't tell you this, but the best source of getting these motifs is to pickpocket Vivec himself. People donate them to him as proof of their devotion.

    Yeah there is a suspect 30 min cooldown for these motifs. Most people switch between characters when looking for these motifs.. As soon as you get one, switch to another character and start pickpocketing on that one. It's actually a great way to make a lot of money in this game.
    Far too many characters to list any more.

    I've pickpocketed two within fifteen minutes, and I had spent most of the time between talking to merchants. So no, the cool down is an urban legend.
