Bow still not fixed

So i have mentioned this before but nothing have been done, is it only me that have this problem? Is it only me that use bow/bow builds so the great zeni does not care? I have no Idea but zeni come on!! Look over the god Damn bow ffs!! Why is it still only my main bow enchant that procs!? Never my backup bow!? I have endless hail on my back bar i use it and swap directly to my main wepon and i dont use any skills from my main bar and i sit and wait for a proc and when it does its my Damn main bow that procs!!! Is this by design? Or is it just lazyness from zeni?

But if it wont proc the back bar enchant, then no need for an enchant
Everything will proc from backbar enchant when you are on backbar. So sure, getting one proc from poisoned enchant does not look interesting, but when weapon damage enchant procs (it procs on light attack, which you always do on backbar anyway) you get to keep the 5s buff even after switching.
Mostly people in PVP do it, because in PVE you have maelstorm weapons on backbar, but if you lack those this is the next best thing0 -

If you equip a poison on your backbar, it' will proc your backbar bow enchant when you swap weapons.

Ah i see, when i have been talking with other peeps they have said other things thats Why Im so off track or they have been trolling me. Still its not 100% sure u will proc it when you swap bar so for me it feels like a waist.
Every enchant is 100% proc if its off cooldown.0
