mount leveling suggestion/request

first things first. yes I am aware that there are crown items you can buy for instant leveling. and no, I'm actualy NOT even asking for mount training to be account-wide (though that would be lovely)

what I am asking for is ability to not have to take up to 6 months to level a mount for a new alt, without having to pay RL cash for it.

idea 1. just remove the time cooldown for each subsequent character once your first one is maxed. you still have to pay the full gold amount for each new character, same way as you pay for bag space, but you don't have to wait in 20 hour increments to buy it - 250 gold and 1 point increase at a time.
idea 2. 2 options. 250 gold per point with cooldown or, lets say 1000 gold per point but no cooldown. even with your first character
idea 3. add a consumable item to voucher vendor that works much like research boosts do. 1 per type of improvement line (so stamina, speed and inventory - 1 each) given how voucher boosts work - it won't completely eliminate the wait time, but at least it will make it much shorter.

thank you.
frustrated altoholic who would like to create another alt, but is STILL leveling a horse on a warden that was created literally during early acess to morrowind
dirty worthless casual.

Nice idea, but they won't do it, as they obviously want you to get so frustrated with the slow advance that you spend crowns. I have 9 fully leveled and 3 in the process.

It's supposed to be frustrating. That's how they get you to buy the crown riding lessons.

I would like to train all my horses across all characters from one location without having to log in every character. To me would be a huge QOL upgrade!

Another option would be to keep the cooldown the same, but be able to add one point to EACH of the three categories daily.

That would cut the total time from 180 days to 60.

I feel that it's a decent trade off.

I can definitely work with that. its just... when you are on a ninth alt and you are suddenly back to moving slow as molasses.. its not very encouraging when it comes to rolling more alts. especially if they add another new class.

The current process doesn't make me want to buy the riding levels via Crowns. It's simply led me to stop making alts.

I also think it would be reasonable to let us upgrade each stat per day.

yep. which in turn means... no character slot purchases. aka ever fewer bought and spent crowns.

I wait until I get mount speed to 60 before I play a new alt in earnest. After that I don't care how long the other stuff takes... I think updating to 3 points a day is a good idea though.

Except that by this stage ZO have probably realised that many players will simply not make new characters instead.

    Like so...

And it's the reason I didn't buy Morrowind. Was seriously considering the CE too.

Instead I'll wait until it's heavily discounted.

I rolled an Orc Warden and didn't worry about mount training...at least for speed. I can run on foot as fast as a max speed mount. I love the extra 60 bag slots though.
