Is it just me.........., or, has there been a increase of the crappy launcher for this game not working lately or what ???. Also and maybe I am crazy, but, seems like there been a increase of this damm game crashing alot more here or there, even if you can get it to run. Every since that last patch this game really just don't want to work at all, period. Are yous going to fix this crap ???. My computer and connection is 100% fine I had them both checked so it's 100% not my end ----> IT IS 100% YOU PERIOD <----. Your crappy launchers repair function don't seem to work at all either. I am not going to uninstall/reinstall because 90gig+ is way way way to long to wait for, period. Now as a paying sub person it would be nice to play a game I am spending my money on a sub for. So here is a good question, are yous going to refund my money ??? refund the time I can't play ??? where do I go on this site to do just that ???. Damm can't play until you fix your crappy stuff. Is there any news when yous are going to fix this, a ETA on repairs, maybe some answers if any. I would have made a ticket for this, but, your support don't fix nothing either and they are not helpful in any way, period. The support just has you make a post anyways so how helpful is that ???. I know yous don't care about your customers or give a crap and your only out for the money, where the refund dept. in this damm game.

I am surprised that no-one has directed you to The Terms of Service. I won't either, as it can be condensed into one single instruction:

The customer will provide money.

I'm not really sure why they had to wrap that statement up with a force majuer of legalese.

My game has been crashing and disconnecting from server constantly for the last week on Xbox NA. Gotten to the point where I can't do dungeons or trials as the game doesn't give me enough time to finish before crashing. Hoping this is addressed soon.
