Description of Wayres Sewers 2 No-death achievement is incorrect

Did Wayrest 2 pledge on veteran yesterday and realised I didn´t have the no-death achievement. The bosses that exist in that dungeon are:

1 Malubeth the Scourger
2 Uulgarg the Risen
3 Skull Reaper
4 Garron the Returned
5 The Lost One
6 Veraine & Allene Pellingare

According to the "Wayrest Sewers 2 Survivor"- Achievement you only need to kill those marked above. This is not the case. We skipped Skull Reaper yesterday and didn´t get the achievement after killing the last boss (note that we didn´t have any death what so ever). Since we suspected that it might be something of with that achievement, we went back and killed Skull-reaper and after that we got the achievement.

So and update to the description is requested

This is still an issue today. I did the exact same thing with a group recently; killed the mentioned bosses and didn't get the achievement. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Amusingly, I killed ONLY the Skull Reaper recently on an account that had not yet done so, and suddenly got this achievement.

just made 2 runs in a row without deaths and no achivement. all bosses killed
