Sword Swinger works for Two Handed Melee Weapons only afaik

I ususally use two sets i crafted myself called "skills" and "focus" but from the ones you mentionned i would assume hawk eye and leviathan

Could also use spriggan's instead of leviathan since sorc doesnt have a major fracture/breach depending on your champ points

Not the sets you list, but Night Mother's Gaze and Spriggans with one infused NMG bow (weapon/spell dmg enchant) and one nirnhoned NMG bow with poison, disease or lightning enchant. Put barrage/hail and acid spray on the infused bar, snipe and injection on the nirn. With moderate CP investment will put you at or close to 10k penetration. Problem with some of the serpent sets doing solo overland pve is that many mobs won't last long enough to increase the penetration past Spriggans and NMG. Also, consider replacing hurricane with lightweight beast trap, and evil/camo hunter on the nirnhoned bar with magelight for large empowered heavy attacks/snipes from stealth (get snipe on the nirnhoned bar). To do this, you will need to level mage guild to 10, which is kind of a grind, but isn't that bad.

I would also consider switching out snipe or poison injection for something else, choose one or the other, and that could allow you to have something like streak, which is -extremely- useful when kiting with a bow against pve mobs in lots of situations.

If you do lots of bosses, wear Kragh shoulder or helm for more penetration, if you do mostly regular mobs, a weapon dmg monster shoulder or hat like Velidreth. GL.

EDIT, I keep editing lol, put dark deal on one bar, not both. I'd also use dawnbreaker and ballista as ultimates. Lightning based ults on a stam sorc are mediocre unless you are really attached to them.

Hawk eye and hundings rage or NMG.

If in stealth a lot then archers mind.

    Also marksmen a good set.

Out of the sets you picked Hawkeye and, leviathan are your best bet.

Like others pointed out there are better sets.

Wilderqueen is useless it,does, not stack, and acid spray is 40% .

Hundings and spriggins are probably your best bet. Run the warrior mundas.

What are your stats if u don't mind me asking?

If you want to choose only from those for some odd reason Leviathan + Hawkeye. Otherwise I would recommend 5 Hundings Rage + 5 Vicious Ophidian/Twice Fanged Snake and Maelstrom Bow.

Marksmen 5 piece is useful in pvp only :s

For Bow/Bow, of those options, Hawks Eye.

I personally run strenght of automation
Which is basically the replacement for the sword singers if you want to use a bow. (although you should switch to the other morph of arrow spray). I use it because I can't run two crafted sets otherwise I'd want hundings rage.

Spriggans + Hundings is a pretty standard meta solo build, with no trials gear. Nightmothers or Sunderflame being better for groups you kind of have to co-ordinate a little not to over-penetrate.

For solo pve stam sorc u need to hit 9,1k penetration (w/o all your dmg done is reduced by 18,2%). Easiest way for that is: Loverstone +2 cp for every non-divine armorpiece, 1 piece of kraghs and one 5 piece set from nmg, sunderflame, spriggans or tfs.
For the second set, if u didnt pick nmg, pick hundings else vicious ophidian >> leviathan >> briarheart >> archers mind.
Keep in mind, in the current patch, the sets r very balanced, the difference in dmgoutput will be +/-2% tops. so the "best" is the easiest to get or the cheapest of those combinations.

Optimum for weapons would be vma bow on your hail-bar and a infused weapondmg-glyphed Bow of Mt Whateverest on the other. If u dont have a vma one, id pick a precise w/ glyph of poison or stamina return.

Also on your bars above, consider dropping the exchange from your mainbar for lightweight trap. For ultis i'd pick bow-ulti (the one that leaves the dot when u cancel the animation) to fire and flawless dawnbreaker for the 8% weapondmg buff.

    I'd consider spriggans btw
I'd also consider a different skill to dark deal on one of the bars as it isn't needed on both

Agreed. If going for a full ranged build you could use Caltrops or Lightweight Beast Trap.

Why limiting yourself to those 2 sets? None of them are really good. Definitely get one set from crafting. By your hand or from someone else. Hunding or NMG, it barely matters.

Then if you want easily to get sets (grind/trading) get Spriggan.

But in case you rly need one of these (I dont see any legit reasont not to get the one craftable) go with Leviathan and maybe Hawk. But do not touch anything else from that list.

Since your not planning to do end game content or PVP, I would go with a simple setup of 5 Hundings + 5 Spriggan. Without doing Dragonstar or Maelstrom you won't have access to those bows, So any crafted bows. Spriggan in jewerly, and hundings cause its easy craftable.

I would also change the skill bars around. Swap Crit Surge and Acid Spray. Change bar 1 ultimate to dawnbreaker. Bar 2 ultimate to Bow Ultimate (Ballista). Get rid of evil hunter on 2nd bar. Only run dark deal on 2nd bar and put bound armaments on both bars for the extra stam.

Bar 1 would be your primary attacking bar, so extra damage from dawnbreaker and evil hunter (Fighters guild passives). Bar 2 would be mostly buff bar and endless hail which you can bar swap cancel the cast of.

Hawk's Eye + Hundings + (1 Slimecraw, Velidreth, or Kena)

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by solo PvE... Does that mean you want to do VMA with it?

If you are just doing quests and world bosses then it matters very little what you use. Most solo PvE outside of VMA dies easy and doesn't do that much damage.

Why isn't Balista on your bar? That and Flawless Dawnbreaker are usually the best bet for high damage, although Dawnbreaker of Smiting is a good CC if you are having troubles managing large groups.
