Yes, i like BG. It was the only reason for me to buy morrowind as im an almost purely PvP player. But what i really dont like is that you cant choose which mode of BG you want to enter. I dont like the running around modes so much. I like deathmatch. I experience that i go less and less into BG cause i dont like the other modes and end up playing them =>

    That if they do this the only mode you'll ever get a match for is Team Deathmatch.

    But isn't this a message in itself to what players want? Why should we go through 3/4 poorly designed game modes to get the only decent one (if we are lucky)? That's not how you motivate players or make them like your design. If the design is flawed, you have to change it if you want the product to succeed.

    We deserve better. We deserve to chose what is a fun gaming experience, and we deserve being able to dismiss stuff that isnt. A crappy meal is just a crappy meal if 3 out of 4 courses do not taste well and you are forced to eat them just to get a chance of getting what's delicious.

    Last game I played was nothing but 4vs4 bg matches where we could set up everything ourselves: map, mode, victory conditions, allow ultimates, etc...

    Guess which mode was the only one we played?

    I'd rather see them work on improving exisitng game modes. I'd start with CTR, which is probably the least preferred, mainly cause it's too easy to avoid actual pvp altogether. I'll change it so it's not possible to neither take a relic or score while on combat.
