Stuck in the main questline, probably bugged

I simply don't get the next quest in the main questline. In the Harborage, the prophet doesn't have anything for me and he never appears to give the quest anywhere. It's been weeks and I play on a daily basis.

The last thing I remember is I talked to all my companions in the Harborage and then there was a quest to meet all the leaders of the 3 factions in this big meeting where Molag bal attacked us. That was the last quest I did.

You need to resque Vanus Galerion and the ayleid king (forgot his name) from Coldharbour. Visit Hollow City and take a quest from the mysterious lady.
The quest objective is something like "restore the Hollow City". To do that, you need to finish the Black Forge and Lightless Oubliette objectives, then talk to these npcs and fighters/mages guild leaders in Hollow City. Then its pretty much straight-forward.
The Prophet will appear after you finish the Coldharbour questline.

There should be a portal on the meeting island that takes you to Coldharbor. Your quest continues as you approach the city to come upon a suspiciously unsuspicious woman.

You need to complete the entire Coldharbour quest line to get the next Harborage quest.

Akatosh have mercy on my soul then, cuz I wasn't about to quest in Coldharbour. Really not my kind of place. And all the wiki sites said nothing about this! Thanks for letting me know.

Yeah you need to complete Coldharbour (the zone) before the prophet appears again saying "the time has come to make our final preparations." Going into the Hollow City you will meet a lady who will give you a quest that basically means you need to venture out and collect allies. East and West. Saving Vanus and King Dynar should advance things north.

Did you not take the portal to Coldharbor from the island? That would be it. If you did, then you need to return to Coldharbor and start on the rescue quests around Coldharbor. You have to rescue Vanus Galerion and the Ayleid king.
