Chances are they were high CP though and had PvP build, while you were wearing light armour divines.

There's actually a sweet point for sorcs in that area where they can have access to all their skills but still get inflated stats from being lower leveled...

Also did you have your food up?

Prob maxed out CP + know-how and proper PvP gear, while you had medicore gear setup and you're inexperienced dueler.

That does happen. I've whopped CP-level players butts with my level 10-20 magblade.

Those are not great stats, and you don't have anything in the most valuable red CP (Ironclad and Thick-Skinned). You also don't say what your armor traits are; having no impen would make a big difference. Also keep in mind that it's very easy for light armor builds to get to 10k spell/phys penetration without even using sharp weapons, completely canceling out your low resistances. Functionally, you probably had 0 resistances for that fight.

what was your max health sitting at?
when you say max stam food do you mean green stam food? you should really be using blue dual stat (health stam), possibly purple tri stat or even one of the delecacies such as dubious camoran that give health stam & stam regen

what class are you? easier to give more specific advice on how to help
but basically you have a very good pve set-up, it can also work for ganking, but not very good for open worlp pvp or dueling

Well thats a PVE build. Bad idea to try and PVP with a PVE build.

I read through several posts and I understand jump points now....however, it could be the heavy medication or lack of current reasoning skills....but what do I do with this calculator? So I get the top couple of sections where I enter CP, level, and a targets armor then in the next section how much penetration I do. But what's up with the last section? Do I make up my own percentages based upon the skills I'm using?

I actually just figured it out. The last section is based on the damage statistics from whatever target you used, target skeleton for instance.

Not a build for taking damage from another player, and as others have pointed out, the lowbie sorc may have been CP capped as well. They also may be experienced in dueling/PvP..

Also, capping out hardy and Ele defender is a waste of CP points. The last 25 points in each is most certainly a waste, but splitting it up more with Iron Clad and Thick Skinned would be great. There is more to it and that is just for PvE, but I am just keeping it very simple. PvP has resistance that helps and there are benefits from some other areas.

If you don't want to get one shotted, you'll need to add some defense in there . And impen

I just did that put them too 75 each for 14% in each and the rest in to thick skinned i'll put any points I get in warrior going forward will go in iron clad plus I really should farm krags shoulder

Can't remember the last time I was 1-shotted from stealth. I mean I wear light armour, very little impen and only have low to average health (for cyro).. If anyone should get 1-shotted, its me.

Or by 1-shotted, do you have a different definition of 'one' to what I have..?

When you say one shotted, do you mean one skill and you died? Your recap info stated that one skill hit you for more than your full health?

If it was, probably you where out of cyrodiil (no +5k health), no health food, and vampire (fire dmg skill). This means you probably had 10k HP at most. Easy to 1 shot.
