Addon folder

My addons were we're all messed up just stopped working so I uninstalled game and reinstalled game. Logged in and went to check my addon folder in users and it's completely gone. Tried making s folder in there and set my minion to it just to see and eso doesn't recognize any addons. I guess my question is how do I get that folder back. Pretty sure eso created it the first time I downloaded eso.

ZOS_BilladminThe addon folder is created under your Documents folder, and requires that you start the game at least once and log in to get the folders created.
