Where to sell?

Good day. The other day I got a Buoyant armiger belts motif. I would like to sell it, but I don´t want to be part of a trading guild. Is there some place of Tamriel where a I can just write down in the chat that i´m selling it, with real chances to be read and sell it?

Craglorn, Grathwood and Reapers' March are usually pretty busy trading hubs with a fair amount of players....would start there.
