Add-Ons Not Listed

Since the last big update, we've experienced a couple issues - Some quests bugged so we can't get or complete them, and namely as per the title I noticed none of my add-ons were turned on, so I went to the add-ons list in the game and only 2 of them are even listed (and are being shown as out of date). I have 5 add-ons in my folder, and they were working previously. I'd understand if now they are all considered out of date....but they aren't even there (Votan's Mini Map, Skyshards, and Lorebooks is missing).

NA Server, Windows 10.

No. Here is a screen shot:

In fact....I realize now the ones that are NOT listed are the newer ones, all dated at about the same time the Horns of the Reach update came out. Why is it that the older ones that really are out of date would be listed in the game, but not the newer ones updated for Horns of the Reach?
Note: I do not currently have an ESO+ membership, therefore do not have access to the Horns of the Reach DLC.

Re-installing your add-ons may help resolve your issue with some of them not being listed.

To completely remove add-ons from The Elder Scrolls Online:

    PC:
    1. Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
    2. Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
    3. Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
    4. Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
    5. Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.

    Hi,

since One Tamriel (?) Morrowind there is no liveeu folder for EU megaserver anymore.
Only live folder for both megaservers

OK...I zipped up my Add-Ons (just their folders in the Live/AddOns folder). Then I followed those instructions. Then I extracted my zip back to Live/AddOns. Then I launched ESO - it's the same things. Only the 2 older ones are listed in the game.

I haven't heard anything new on this....
I got rid of the outfitter add-on, so now only Research Assistant is shown in my list of Add-Ons in-game. If I look in my AddOns folder, all that's there now are the folders for the add-ons I added....whereas previously when it was working there was other stuff the app added as well.
All that my AddOnSettings.txt file in the live folder contains is:
    #Version 100020
    #LoadOutOfDateAddOns 0

    What should I try next?

SOLVED: It turns out that the add-ons that were not showing had another level of folder within. As in, the folders under live/AddOns have to have their contents in that folder (like, the ResearchAssistant folder contained the lib folder and text files)....whereas the add-ons not showing contained their folder again, which contained the contents (like, the mini map folder contained another mini map folder which then contained the contents). This had never been an issue before so I hadn't thought to check that out initially. But having discovered that, I removed the additional folder level, and now all my add-ons show up in-game!
