Redistributor location is "eating" attunable craft stations

I bought three attunable stations to make a Redistributor set. I took them to IC and went to the Redistributor room and made all three. Only the wood turned into a station of the Redistributor...the cloth and smith disappeared from slottable items and did not become furnishings. They were destroyed from my inventory entirely.
Online customer service replaced the missing items, so I went back. I tried to make the Redistributor smith station, but again it disappeared. I did not try the cloth so that I didn't lose it. I took the cloth blank station to Pelinals and was able to successfully make that station.
I'm a seasoned crafter and have made a dozen or more of these. Something is going on at the Redistributor location, or in IC with these. Please let me know if any addl feedback or game footage is required.
