Random Disconnects followed by login errors PC/NA

Hi, so for the last week or so I have been randomly kicked to the login screen multiple times a day. Sometimes I don't have any warning and the login screen just shows up, while at other times I am able to run around, but not interact with anything for over a minute. This is also random. This has happened in Cyrodiil, Deshaan, Stonefalls, and Shadowfen so far, as well as across multiple characters.

When I try to login back in, I am usually greeted by one or more of three different errors.
1. Error 304: Account is already logged in.
2. An unexpected internal error has occured
3. Can not connect to server
