Question on Ultimate's scaling:

I'm trying to build a fast-paced ultimate build using a DK. I've got:

2 Bloodspawn (faster ulti regen)
5 Akaviri Dragonguard (15% less ulti cost)
5 Alteration Mastery (6% less ulti cost)

My question is this: If I chose Take Flight (physical damage) over Ferocious Leap (flame damage) since it's lower ulti cost- can I make it hit has hard as a stamina based character? I know that ultimates are scaled off of Max Resource and Damage. So, if I have 30K magicka and 2000 spell damage with 75 points into Mighty... will it hit as hard as someone with 30K in Stamina and 2000 weapon damage with 75 points into Mighty?


Please take note- I'm asking if my magicka resource pool and spell damage is the same as someone using a stamina resource pool and weapon damage (both with 75 points into Mighty) would get the same results from Take Flight.

Yes, they would be same. The only thing that would differ is the penetration critical values used which I believe would depend on the damage done by the ultimate.
