Performance issues since HoTR patch

Anyone else getting what seems to be memory leak issues since the Horns patch? I mainly run random dungeons and trials, and after about 4 or 5 runs of either or a handful of deaths things have been getting really laggy and choppy. Im on PC/NA and have a 4770k and a 1080ti, and it's something that has only started happening since the patch. Once I restart the game, everything is smooth again, but it's really getting annoying :( A few random people I've asked have said they have experienced similar issues, but I wanted to know if it's widespread or wtf,

I'm on PC-EU, and at some points when entering a town, both my ping and fps go down like crazy. I have to restart the game to fix it.

I'm on console, but I've noticed way more lag than usual. Like cyrodil lag in 4 man dungeons. I've never had that before. So yes.

Same issue here. PC and videocard are up do date.
Restarting eso after some time helps.

Sometimes I also free up the nonpaged pool memory.

Good to see, I guess, that I am not alone with this problem. Before update I had a solid 60fps at all times with my new graphics card. Now, I drop to 30 a lot of the time :/

for a game thats almost 4 years old, given advances in technology and software- damn it would be good to have us say just once " the performance has really stepped up this patch". hasnt happened yet. each patch ive suffered worse and worse pings- for example i know that while your in vMA, when you dip outside the arena to the dessert- the server puts u on a lesser "stream" and pings will drop- and then go up again while ur in Vma- clearly to optimize performance while youre playing.certain zones have more load than others, and so get more server attention, etc. . dont know whats happening over there- but clearly something is wrong, the way they rebalance and optimize their servers is nt working.

I literally live 45 minutes away from the datacenter in the EU, and I still get 50-75 ms ping normally. Cyro is a different story all together. Yet in other games such as swtor where the datacenters are in the UK and I am in germany, I have 25-30 at all times. :/

Xbox NA here and Ive had so many crashes and server disconnects with the new patch. Spent hours on phone and doing emails back and forth with game and Xbox support. 2 days ago I was crashing so much I just had to turn the game off for the day. Was unplayable. This is the only Xbox game I get dropped from the servers from regularly as well and it used to be only occasionally but has increased exponentially since HOTR.
