The Two Handed Ult Berserker Strike needs a buff

Next to noone uses this Ult, especially the classes that need it most like StamDK and StamSorc because it's a single target ability and has no CC/knockdown like Dawnbreaker. Compared to other Weapon Ults like the Destro Ult that creates mass destruction and kills dozens of people at a time this Ult is simply useless for anything but possibly a specific Nightblade gank build.

My suggestion is to change the Morph Berserker Rage which noone uses for the very few that do choose this Ult and make it function like the Reverse Slice execute. All nearby enemies take up to 89% of the damage inflicted to the primary target.

Thoughts?

I think that the morph which increases your resistances is pretty strong tbh.

The morph that refunds Ult cost on kill is almost strictly for oneshot ganking that ZOS specifically wanted to stop since Morrowind. This morph could be changed into something interesting.

Besides that, a reduced Ult cost to 80-100 would be sufficient.

Berserker Strike gives you the bonus resistance before the Morph. The Berseker Rage just makes you immune to disabling, snare, and immobilization effects for the 8 seconds the Ult buff last.

    Scrap the skill into:

    Berserking Slash:
-Deal [Current Value] Damage in a cone, this ignores enemies Resistances

    Slashing Onslaught (1st Morph)
-Refunded Ult for Each Enemy Hit

    Crippling Slash (2nd Morph)
-Slows Enemies by 60% and applies Major Maim for 8 seconds.

    Berserking Carve (Bonus 3rd Morph)
-Afflicts the enemy with a bleed over 8 seconds.

    just my two cents.

Ah okay. Been awhile since I've looked at it lol. In that case I'd still say a reduced Ult cost to 80-100 (probably 100) and changing the Ult refund morph would sufficiently buff this skill.

Something like the original Death Stroke could work too. Having double the Ult Cost and using this skill grants it a new effect.

Either way right now both Dawnbreaker and Incap are far better.

When I first heard about the ult I thought "oh boy, something that will go through the ridiculous DR meta at last!" and then was immediately disappointed. I think the best buff you could give it is to have it go through block, major and minor protection, nord and vampire damage reduction, etc. Basically it just does X amount of damage, period, unless dodged. Then you adjust exactly how much damage that is based on how it works. Or heck, even a flat percent of an enemy's total health might be a great way to do it. Something that says "this the ultimate-equivalent version of an execute ability", which is kind of what I thought they were going for to begin with.

I could get behind reducing the cost to match NB's incap strike. The additional bonus resistance you get off the other player is honestly a non factor unless it stacks above the 30k resistance cap because heavy armor wearers are already pushing the max.
