Bards in the bank?

I've never seen or heard this before that I can remember and I might be crazy...well actually I am a little, but I forgot this happened on HoTR release day(PS4) -I was in Rawl'kha bank, preoccupied with Punala, and I swear I heard a bard singing, I heard the lute playing first but then a male voice started singing a song. It stopped before it hit me that it wasn't normal and I didn't see anyone out of the ordinary. Is this new? Did I miss something? I haven't heard it since then.

Apparently this is happening all over. I heard one by a Dolmen, some other guy heard one in his house, and now you're saying you hear it in the bank.

Basically, it's just more developer incompetence. Hopefully they fix it soon, because this is one of those mildy amusing bugs that get irritating if left alone for too long.

It follows me everywhere. I've had it twice in my house, a few times in my Belkarth and once somewhere in Riften.
