Maelstrom bow - best trait in PVE?

Nirn, sharp, precise, infused?
Anyone know thanks, really save me time of testing.

    I assume the infused trait carries over onto duel wield bar, I heard before that sharpened used to do this.

    Nirn is supposed to be slightly better, but Infused is still solid choice.
    All other are worse by larger (to me unknown how much) margin

    Lol, wait what happened to sharpened? Didn't read patch notes for new DLC. Did they nerf it?

    From my little testing on the dummy -
    None of the traits affect the damage on duel wield bar, so it's about the damage they give on bow bar.

    Infused - increases the damage of endless hail more than the others,

    Nirn - more damage on other abilities than infused but less overall than sharpened.

    Sharp - gave more DPS on abilities and light/heavy attack than nirnhoned, but if at Pen cap (18k) then nirn would be better.

    Precise - more crits, hard to determine if more DPS.

    Nirnhoned looks to be the highest damage if in a trail setting, with the boss full debuffed, and also buffs like SPC on you. However Precise maybe better but it's hard to say for sure if 7% more crit is better.

    Sharpened gave the most damage boost to other abilities if boss not fully penetrated.
    Infused gave significantly highest endless haul but least increase on other abilities like poison injection, light attacks etc.

    Tested various traits and my personal outcome was Nirn> Infused> Precise> Sharpened> any other vMA bow.

    Believe it or not, but sharpened is still best in most situations. The reason is becasue adds doesn't get penetrated by the single target penetration debufs like torugs pact or sunderflame, so for the cleave dmg, sharpend still best.
