I mean all the skill necessary are already in the game
we have the bonelord summon as an ultimate
we have this grave grasp evards black tentacle like spell that the bonelord does
we have the corpse explosions that the boss in falkreath hold does
we have skeletal warrior / blade master / battle mage as lower tier pet and maybe draugr lord/dragon priest as higher tier
we have that life leech spell that several bosses do
we have that temporary raise 3 skeletons that the bonelord does
Everything is already here...just piece it together and release it with a nice questline a nice costume and a cool pet - bang 20 bucks right there
