Body Markings Pack in the PTS but not in LS

Wandering around the PTS since the housing patch, I keep seeing in the crown store a pack to unlock all the base body markings, so we can change them or remove them anytime.
Each month, I make sure to save some crowns in case it gets available, but 6 months have passed and it just doesn't get released to the live server.
Is there a reason of why we can unlock face markings but not body markings yet?

ChandraNalaar✭✭✭@Stania It is in the crown store on live server right now; go under style parlor, then body markings. There is a pack with 119 items called "Cosmetic pack, body markings"; that should be the thing you are looking for0 -
