I've been grinding TG chores and I've come to realize that this lady (The Covetous Countess) is extremely strange. She is fascinated with seemingly mundane objects that people treasure, and in one quest variation she explains that she was bullied as a child, even having a precious possession stolen from her, and then she says she has wondered what that would feel like. She also makes a really creepy remark about incorporating other people's cosmetics into herself. So I wonder if she's supposed to be a sociopath, or if she has some sort of strange amnesia, or if she's some non-mortal thing possessing the former Countess, or what?! Anybody else pay attention to this and maybe catch something I've missed?

I think she means what it would feel like to do that to another person. So she hires the TG to do it for her.
But yah she is a strange disturbed girl
