A Question about Morrowind

I am going to reinstall ESO this weekend on to my PS4 (it was taking up 80gb+!). I own both the original Imperial Edition and now own the Morrowind Chapter. I had installed Morrowind, but it would not let me start back at the beginning, only as a new character in the expansion. Am I doing something wrong?

Assuming you're using the same account as you were before, did you select the same server? NA or EU?

Or do you mean you can't start a character in Coldharbour? That's normal; if you want to go through the original game's main quest you need to go to the Alliance starting city (EX: Daggerfall), where you'll be accosted by a suspicious character in robes. That should start you down the right path.
