Never ending load screen resulting in never ending complaint

Game ran until 17:00 Aust. EST, when I logged out normally.
Problems started after 18:00 when attempting to login
Game starts and subsequently moves to load screen with no error messages whatsoever.
i have done basic pc disk maintenance with no effect.
I have reinstalled the game with no effect.
This, coupled with similar complaints from others, suggests that the problem is on the other side of my router.
The problem coincides with the normal, increased load generated by EU and NA users coming online at that time of day.
EDIT:
FPS varied wildly from 17-1 during the last few hours of game play (14:00-17:00)
Latency varied wildly from 400-999 during the same period; BUT not in synch with PFS.

I got suspenders for saying "Testicular Mass" instead of "Balls". like, rilly.
