Optional hidden area skills?

I don't really like that other players' area skills are hidden. It looks stupid and unrealistic. I liked use other players' area skils to defense myself in PvE and PvP. The game looks so cheap now. If I'm right they made this, because it made some players' game crash and lagging. That's why I hope we can get area skills optional. What do you think? I hope you understand, what I mean. My English isn't so good.
