Should Werewolf form change?

Hey guys, i'm sure i'm not the only one here that was so excited to get into werewolf form for the first time, and was a bit disappointed with the look of the form and and the overall intimidation and badass factor? well i was, i came to ESO from skyrim and have always been a werewolf fan, just for reference, i decided to include an image of skyrim's werewolf, it cant be seen here, but skyrim's werewolf is significantly taller, and generally looks more menacing, however i'm not saying to make ESO's werewolf a copy of skyrim, i just would like a visual and aesthetic change to it

This particular camera angle kind of highlights one of the little flaws, how it looks a bit more rat-like than wolf-like. The hair/fur texture isn't exactly so great either. There's a number of criticisms one could make, I suppose, but overall yeah I would like to see something that looks more menacing without killing frame rate.

Would be pretty cool if they made it look different kind of like the werewolf from skyrim but not completely like it and make werewolf timer unlimited or at least make the timer alot longer or make it not an ultimate anymore make it just a normal ability but leave the timer if need be

I actually love the way they look in ESO.
I'm just glad they aren't Hollywood "wolfman" types (human look with hairy faces and fangs, essentially). That's what the Sims games end up getting, unfortunately.

What I hope for is something a little different..
In the lore there are other 'were' creatures.

So this is what I'm thinking, each race transforms into a different 'were' creature.

    Argonians turn into a werecrocodile
Nords and Orcs turn into werebears
    Khajiits turn into weresenche
And the rest turn into just the werewolf

Or something else, all just a thought, what do you guys think?

The look itself is fine. It just needs to be bigger. It's laughable as is. Werepuppies.

I say change that ugly non werewolf looking run they do when you sprint. Sometimes theybdo normal WW run that looks awesome but at times you see the ugly runnint stance it does which definitely needs work

WW SHOULD ALSO HAVE snares less effective on them by 50%

WW CANT DO *** WHILE SNARED WHICH IS WHY ITS GARBAGE.

yeah, to be honest, the biggest issue i have is that WW in ESO are very short, they are actually shorter than the tallest Altmer height you can be, and on level with like the average height, i also think that the ears should flare a bit more

Agreed, especially with that screenshot being more rat-like. The werewolf model really needs a quality update, better texturing, etc.

And on a related note, I still think it would've been a cool skill if we'd also gotten a regular wolf form, like how you see Songamdir shapechange out of one in the very first Hircine quest (right next to all those other Pack Wolf NPCs.) Maybe that simply gives you movement speed/escape utility. People really aren't using Werewolf Transformation enough, imo, and it's disappointing.

But that's probably impossible for them to implement now, since they went with a timed Ultimate-expenditure in order to werewolf out, which doesn't make a lot of sense in the first place but whatever.

I for one would conceptually LOVE to see other were-creatures, maybe as skins earned through DLC/Story rewards, Holiday events or Crown Store specials?

    I'd kill for a werefox or a weretiger/senche...

I think it would be nice to have more crown store options for WW skins, like Werebeaver, Wereboar, Werebear, Werebird, Werepony, Wereunicorn, Weretiger, Werecamel, Wereguar and so on. Basically if it is or should be a mount, it should be Wereable.

i feel that ESO is trying to stick to the lore when it comes to these things, i know there are many lore supported Were-formations, however, i dont think werefox is one

These all known forms of Lycanthropy in elder scrolls, there is even rumors of weresharks.

Make these places home to these types of Lycanthropy, letting werewolves hunt and kill these different types of spawns around Tamriel. Killing them while a werewolf grants Hircine's favor allowing you to transform into it with a different perk for each wereanimal.

You choose the transformation by selecting it in the collections menu.

this - a million times over...thank goodness both my werewolves wear all heavy, cuz, they end up spending way too much time stuck in place on the battlefield at times - at which point all u can do is heal and roar...

I think there is one or two medium sets which address snares - but, heavy seems the safest bet for playing a werewolf in cyryodiil...

I use WW form as much as I can when playing the character that has it. It could look more menacing I think.

^ This, I like the idea of being able to use other forms. So long as they exist in lore.
