Which one would be better for solo PVP?
For Light's Champion it says "any friendly target healed gains Major FOrce and Major Protection". Are you also counted as a friendly target? Or does it apply only on allies?

You are counted as friendly... personally I've always taken lights champion & never regretted it.

You are a friendly target to yourself, you will get the buff.

Light champion its like multiple BOL heals and it makes your shields 30% stronger and you hit harder.

It also makes your blocks stronger cos you take less damage when blocking..
And your armour stronger cos you take less damage while wearing it
And your heals stronger cos a 700 heal with is the same as a 1000 heal without...

In fact, oddly enough, because you get hit for 30% less damage, when taking the hit rather than avoiding it - the hit deals 30% less damage. idk why shields get singled out.

If you're a sorc do life giver, you get blessing, regeneration and Steadfast Ward for free, with the passive the ult would cost around 80-90 ultimate and you're basically god mode when you activate it

And with Blessing you're also increasing your resistances for 8 seconds
