For console players who have not looked into it and arrive at the forums during the maintenance: a guide to the changes! Use this to pass the time :)

Here's a written guide to the Horns of the Reach changes. You can find specifics and links on sets, abilities and the like that have been introduced or changed with the patch. Even traits have changed so I highly recommend the read.
