Stam Sorc PvP Buid

I'm been really enjoying playing the stam sorc in PvE lately, my character is doing amazing. But I want to start PvP, but I get destroyed all the time. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a build, and that skills I should be using. Thanks.

I'm assuming cp? If you're interested, I run a pretty squishy yet very high burst 2h/bow build.

This is my setup for the last few dlcs. I haven't had the chance to tweak for the current dlc changes to mundus and weapon trait, but I still foresee it being very effective. Note that my general rule of thumb is 22-24k health and 1800 regen (rest damage).

5x hulking draugr
5x spriggans
sharpened vma maul
Defending bow backbar
2x damage, 1x regen on jewelry
Body enchants all max stam
Serpent mundus
Dubious drink
Health/stam/immovable pots

Dizzying, bound armaments, reverse slice, stampede, rally, dawnbreaker of smiting

Shuffle, vigor, dark deal, bound armaments, hurricane, overload

This is an old screenshot (2-3k less stam now), but here's the general buffed (continuous, cyrodiil buffs) stats:


If you're interested in a similar no cp setup, I run the same as above except:

5x spriggans front bar (spriggans maul)
5x alchemist backbar (alchemist bow)
2x monster pieces (bloodspawn or veli)
2x regen, 1x damage jewelry enchant
Crit/stam/immovable pots

And the screenshot (last dlc) with all buffs (alchemist procced)

Id go 2H + 1H&S

Surge, Flex spot, Shuffle, Crit Rush, Rally
Reverb bash, Pierce Armor, Hurricane, Vigor, TP,

Utilities on 3rd overload bar

You can go 2H + Bow, in such case use poison injection but this is squishier

My favorite build is 5 heavy 2 medium and pretty hard to play for beginners because it's only got 600ish stam recovery. 5 seventh legion 5 automaton 1 krag. 2h/bow
Front bar is dizzying swing, streak, rally, reverse slice, crit rush, DBOS
Back bar is shuffle, hurricane, vigor, dark deal, poison inject, ballista
I also like to use overload taking advantage of backbarring crit surge, caltrops, rearming trap, equilibrium (turn health to mag then mag to stam with dark deal) and rapids
Thief mundus and tri food
It's far from a meta build this patch but I find success with it and have a lot of fun

Why DBOS instead of Flawless?
I mean, it seems like a waste. Yes, increased DB's dmg is great but 5% more wp dmg isnt joke.

The stun is invaluable in PvP imo. Especially when outnumbered

This^. Especially this dlc when the ulti is undodgable (guaranteed CC if enemy is in the cone)
