"so tank doesn't move boss out of aoe"... well, tank shouldn't be moving the boss in general, if if tank needs to move the boss, deal with it. What's wrong with DPS moving AoE next cast? Oh right, everybody should bow down to the almighty DPS who can't survive anything and run out of resources. *tank eyeroll as I have to manage 3 resource pools AND survive everything*

"so I don't spam same ability" - in regular group dungeons this does not matter. in trial groups this should be planned ahead of time.

"so I know what's going on" - there are raid monitoring apps if you really need to know every ability out there. why does seeing every single aoe matter? Do your rotation and focus on your role. Things work better that way.

I love this change and I wish ZOS would take if farther. Why do I have to be spammed by visuals (including camera shake) when an idiot sorc spams bolt escape in town/small spaces? Honestly, I hate seeing pets, the only good thing about it is so you KNOW they're off and not channeling call lightning.

Please NEVER make group content that visual nightmare it was before! SO much easier to tank, so much less headache inducing.

Luckily ZoS has already added it in as an option so those of us who find it useful to see things can still make use of it and those of us who don't don't have to. Sadly we still have to be spammed by visuals in towns and such. Though this might be more because of my rig and settings, the restoration abilities lag me more then the ones that were being hidden.

I agree. In group dungeons I like to see what aoe's are currently in play so we aren't all spamming the same ability, and so when I'm tanking I don't drag the boss out of aoe and so I know where to stand.

Which she states that she plays a tank, and also has to manage 3 resource pools and survive everything.

Personally I would like if there was a bit more to the option to choose what effects you see or if you see party members only etc. But I'll take what I can get. Also, for me, personally, this is just my opinion, I feel more disconnected from my party members when I'm not seeing what they are seeing. Such as the effects of abilities.
