So Long Waiting For Forum Pages To Load

I can wait up to 3+ minutes now for a "change page" to load since the introduction of changes to the ESO Website.
I can only assume it is a global change that maybe brings a new service operator which is causing this significant delay.
Quite simply, if I were browsing any other place on the web I would have closed the tab within 20 secs, a liitle searching and I found the average expected "max" response for a website was around 12 seconds. For the new improved forum...
I just give up most of the time and close the tabs.
So am I alone in this forum website misery or are there other people out there unhappy about the current page change response times.
btw I am in EU and my ping to US is 180ms so not as good as you US ppl but still ok.
