17k dps on dummy, 21k on world boss?

Hello. Working on a new Warden build (mag) and came across something I've never seen before on my old magSorc. On a dummy I get around 16-17k dps with warden, self buffed. But yesterday with a friend as tank (he got a good build) somehow my dps jumped up to 21k single target. No adds. Is this something new with hotr? My magsorc was never buffed 25% in morrowind in small groups.
