Make Sneak sets to stack with Dark Stalker.

I know , i know that stacking sneak speed was named as an unintended mechanic or a "bug" but DEAM it was the most pleasure expirience that i had in ESO , being able to sneak like a true vampire on my Mag DK with Shadow Dancer set .. glory days .
And my Stamblade assassin with Night Silence and Marksman how much i miss the feel of mobility.
Before we were able to stack Night Silence + Shadow dancer + Dark Stalker passive (just for fun and they still"fixed" it ) so my proposal is this :
Make the Dark Stalker passive to stack with Shadow dancer and night silence but the sets to not stack with each other so we can Roleplay as a truly fast vamps again in PvP or PvE.
You can change the 5 piece to be a buff smting like "Major Stalking"

victoriana-blue✭✭✭✭Beyond that there was a general sneak nerf with Morrowind, I assume because of battlegrounds. I miss my zippy vampire stamblade, it made harvesting much better.
(And also being able to sneak along on scroll runs, that was awesome, but we're Not Talking about that.
