I personal had to drive from Corpus Christi to San Antonio. Please all experiencing the storm, be safe and evacuate, don't try to beat mother natural. Be safe.

    Even though I imagine this post will be scrubbed or locked for being non-game related, I agree with these sentiments. I'm nowhere near the storm, but to those who are, stay safe!!!!!

    I remember my time near the gulf. Never lived in the evacuation zone but instead of storm surge we had tornadoes. I'm glad you made it away from the shore. Be safe.

    I see no reason why this post shouldn't be allowed i understand it isn't about the game etc but it's not bothering anyone this is why there should be an offtopic section for people who just want to socialize about things anyways hope everyone that's in texas where hurricane harvey is going to impact stays safe

    Yes, but, unless I'm mistaken, the servers are near Dallas, rather than near the coast. By the time remnants of hurricanes reach there, it's mosly just a heavy downpour for a time, if that. I wouldn't be terribly concerned.

    Now, if the servers were in Houston or Galveston...

    I'm in New braunfels. It's supposed to show it's a$$ here, and traffic sucks without a hurricane so I can only imagine how the weekend will be with all the evacuees.
