Dear ZOS.. Please, Please fix CC immunity!!

I have been playing this game since console launch and I have never seen CC immunity this bad... especially from Cyrodiil guards. Most times the CC immunity pots (both crafted and the ones for AP) don't help that much! Zos, we as players need real CC immunity from both players and NPC's.
