Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭For Alchemy it is just a matter of crafting 2 reagent potions at the highest level you can plus learning all the traits (see the Learn tab on the right on http://esolog.uesp.net/viewPotions.php or any other alchemy tutorial).
For Enchanting there are a few ways to go about it but the quickest way is something like:- Deconstruct Purple CP150 Glyphs crafted by another character (can be another character on your account).
- Repeat this up to level 40-42.
- Craft one of each Glyph to learn all the enchanting traits.
The last step will get you about 5 enchanting levels. You can skip it it and just deconstruct glyphs but you'll want to learn the traits if you are planning on doing writs for that character.
I say Purple CP150 as that tends to be the most efficient glyph to deconstruct in terms of gold/inspiration but if you're rich you can do CP160 for a bit more, or lower level/quality if you're strapped for cash.
