Do the Speed effects stack?

Following this post about multi speed effect added for an Orc character I Wonder if they really stack or there is some fixed maximum set by ZOS to avoid too much speed.

Just made an Orc according to these stats and I'm not entirely sure if the effects stack properly.
I test Coward's Gear + Fiords full 5 pcs. sets, I don't see any difference with this 15% speed incr. from Fiords (put it on/off - no effect).
How can I test the numbers, with any addon?

If the Fiords's doesn't work properly I might think about a change for Darkstride to "Reduce the cost for Sprint and Sneak by 50%".

There is a cap on movement speed . You don't get more movement speed once hit you 100% . That means , you can only run twice as fast and not more . This change was made recently (I think the patch before HotR) and Werewolves were pretty sad about that since they are really fast when they sprint .

Ok thx for explanation, but then how do I know which from my passives works and which is already wasted because does not make any difference? By applying/removing 5% passive from Mundus Stone I can't tell if it works or not, the change is too small.

If my Orc has 10% from racial bonus sprint, 21% from medium armor, 5-6% from Steed Mundus (5 well-fitted, other divines), 30% from Coward's Gear = in total +67% sprint speed, how do I know if it's already more or less 100% movement speed? Where in stats this can be seen? Any addon can show?

Another issue is Sprint Speed Cost Reduction, I bet another cap, right? While already having the following:
    Orc Swift Warrior -12%
    5x Well-Fitted trait x4%= -20%
    The Tower Sprinter CP120 -35%
I added Darkstride set 5 pcs. (-50%) and the huge reduction wasn't so huge, because even having -117% total Sprint Cost Reduction the stamina is still decresing. I'm sure the reduction wasn't 50% by observing the difference with and without it.
    So what's the cap here?

It's a pity we cannot permanently remove the stamina cost of sprint. Darkstride looks like another trash.

Make your build in this website . On the right side where your stats are , you can see your speed . When you speed hits twice of base speed , that means you achieved Max Speed possible . As far as I know , this is how it works . Anyone more experienced with Movement Speed builds can correct me if I am wrong .

    Thanks for the link.
Sadly Editor doesn't see the 5-th passive from Coward's Gear, but when using Complete Formula for Sprint Speed, with Cowards +30% and other Sprint Speed bonuses +31%, Sprint Speed is 6,02999 m/s.
    With 5% Steed Mundus it's 6,17999 m/s.

So if base walk speed is 3,00 m/s and 2x is a cap, no need for Steed Mundus, and in numbers it's max 60% increase sprint speed for the cap. Now seems clear :).

As for the Sprint Speed Cost Reduction, it seems having -117% total cost reduction the stamina used for sprint drops from basic 546 to 117.
