Cant dodged specific ultimates if animation canceled right

Hi,
Some issue many duelers encoutering lately is that if u use some ultimate's or skills (Incap strike, 2 handed ultimate, - Greatsword etc, Suprise attack) and u swap bar instantly, those ultimates will never miss even if the opponent roll dodged at the right time.
* Another issue related to that, is that the skills animcation cancel's so fast like this it might even ignore the resistants and buff. - Ani cancel is too fast for the system to handle it seems.
This is a BUG that literally kills the competition in Top Tier duels, Many of my beta friends quitted cuz of it.
Please take a close look at this. I have tested it like 10 times in a row, and i can confirm it is a bug.
