Audio Breaking up in Mistral in Kenarthi's Roost

I went to Khenarthi's Roost to do some crafting today, and for some reason the audio/music is breaking up periodically for a fraction of a second. I have not noticed this problem anywhere else and I have not encountered this problem before today.

I have tried:
Rebooting PC
Repairing Client
Deleting UserSettings
Deleting Shaders.cooked
Updating Audio Drivers

So far nothing seems to fix this issue.

Running Win 10 Pro x64 (Creators Update)
i7-5960x CPU
2x 1080 GTX
16GB RAM
Samsung 950 Pro ssd
using Realtek High Definition Audio (onboard chipset sound)

Windows has a feature that allows audio communication software (Skype, TeamSpeak, etc.) to control the volume of all of the sounds on your computer while they are running. Sometimes, this feature doesn't work as expected and may be causing the audio break up you are hearing at Khenarthi's Roost.

    To disable this feature:
    1. Close any communication programs you have open.
    2. Right-click on the white speaker icon located in the system tray near the clock.
    3. Choose Playback Devices
    4. Select the audio device that you would like to adjust and click Properties. (If you are unsure, choose the ones with the green checkmark.)
    5. Choose the Advanced tab
    6. Uncheck the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" box to disable both boxes and Click OK.
    7. Repeat these steps for any additional Playback devices, and any listed on the Recording tab.

You may also want to go to the Communications tab and set the option to "Do nothing." Reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.

Same here - audio clipping, mainly around Mistral but has happened all over KR for two days now. Will disable feature as suggested and test later today to see if it fixes it.

    Hey there @ningauble_7b14_ESO , @menedhyn

The next time you encounter this issue, if you can, record video of the issue and submit it here on this thread so we can review the issue?

    Thanks! :)

I actually noticed this while at a crafting station in Craglorn yesterday. Did not think to record it, and did not stop to diagnose it. It eventually went away by itself. (P.S. - at the time I did not consider it a game error)

Here is a brief video I recorded demonstrating the problem:

    I hope this helps.

Tested, but still having the same issue (though ironically when I logged in just now to record something I didn't capture any clipping). The video by @ningauble_7b14_ESO mirrors what I experience. I haven't noticed this in other zones over the past few days.

Happy to try to record again if you wish, once servers are back up?

For the record, the clip above was taken *after* I followed the troubleshooting steps proscribed.
