Purchased ESO plus but no access to DLCs?

Email confirmation payment accepted but dlc areas still blacked out. I logged out and went back in and still blacked out what gives???

Have you tried doing the appropriate steps to get there IE taking a wagon or doing the quest to get there? Which area cant you get too? You have to travel there first before you can wayshrine there.

No it says to purchase dlc for blacked out areas

Morrowind isn't included just in case that's of concern. DLC under eso Plus is thieves guild, Imperial City, dark brotherhood

@nolangrady be sure to check under your collections tab "U" for PC and check under the DLC's.

Are you on Xbox per chance? There is a long running issue where people don't get ESO+ after paying for it (ZOS payment servers don't play well with XBL or something).

If you're on PC, I don't know what could be the issue, unless you're on Steam and you bought ESO+ from the website perhaps. I'm not sure if you can do that.
