I like PVP more, but to get the sets I need, I have to spend more time in PVE. It's also a much shorter process to log in and do dungeons, than to log in, queue for PVP, wait for loading screens to get in, play horse simulator for 3 hours (gross exaggeration of course) and then finally kill some noobs.
Edit: I should also add that I don't get many hours to play each day, so what may seem like a short process, is a lot of wasted time for me.

So far I have done mostly PVE, but the Midyear Mayhem got me interested in PVP, so I will definately be more active in the future.
At the moment I am trying to get the sets I want for PVP, so, you will be able to kill me in Cyrodiil, IC or BGs shortly.

Yeah, I figured that out after a week of BGs with, well, not optimal performance from my side. I survive and perform a lot better in open world atm.
Hopefully I will learn as I find it more fun than expected.

Is it something to do with other players gaining advantages or overall imbalance? I like regular gameplay obviously, but sometimes I have to get my dose of competition. I just never saw why a lot of people are 100% against player versus player in an online game.
