Animation bug?

Bound Aegis has a purple smokey haze and purple glowing eyes when active. However for the last few days the animation will stop working when zoning. Reloadui doesn't bring it back, I have to turn the buff off and then back on to get it. This can be anything from moving to another zone, entering a delve or dungeon, or even as simple as entering a locked home in a city.
I have double and triple checked that the buff is actually still active, just the animation stops. Engaging in combat doesn't bring it back either. I have also turned off all addons and restarted the game and the problem persists.
I realize this is more just an annoyance than anything else, but it IS annoying to not see the animation and have to double check that the buff is active.
Is anyone else having this problem?

✭✭✭✭✭I can understand the frustration since Zos ha sling said they want us to get our information from the environment vs a UI. However, the information available in the world isn't unreliable which is what your experiencing.
I'd report it as a bug and since the buff itself seems to remain reliable just make sure it remains and continue on your quests.0
