So I've been trying to fix this for a while but I've got access to everything else that comes with Plus but the crowns are missing. I'm an xbox one person so I've been trying to fix it with Microsoft for a while. Anyone know what I should do?
Not sure about this one but don't you receive crowns when your re-sub actually starts? Could be you have to wait till your active sub ends and your re-sub period starts (?)
Would be smart, so you can't accumulate subscription time and have to actually buy crowns, where you get less for the same price. Crowns are on sale now btw
You need to submit a support ticket with ZOS. This is still, unfortunately, an issue with XBOne - has been since pretty much launch. I missed my crown allotment a few times early on and had to go through ZOS support. Be sure to respond right away to their email, as it'll be a canned, auto-response. Provide what is asked for - when I did it, I had to provide a screenshot that my renewal was charged to my credit card from the MS account page (your GT must also be visible in the ss). Not sure if the process is still the same.
Good luck! I stopped subbing for a while due to this issue and periodically losing my in-game plus benefits. I've re-subbed since Homestead and fortunately, so far I haven't had any issues.
I got a full refund for 6 months from MS. ZOS were more than useless. I quit ESO on the xbox about 2 years ago for this very reason. Well, more to do with the devs attitude rather than the missing crowns.
I have yet to see plus crowns and I'm finally annoyed enough to check the forums... seems I'm not alone, or perhaps the "rules" for how the stipend is supposed to work are not clear to me.
Can anyone state with authority how you're SUPPOSED to get plus crowns? I can't even know if I should report or not because I do not seem to be able to find any information on how/when plus crowns are awarded.
Thanks in advance!

You should be getting crowns based on the date you first subscribed. So if you bought ESO Plus on the 15th, that's when you should get them each month, when you're billed on the 15th.
So if I'm paid a year in advance, I'm not going to see them until I re-up for another, full year? (That seems so wrong on so many levels!)

Don't know if it will apply, but I had a recent issue with ESO plus and crowns. Sub was active (billed on the 14th) on the 30th, on the 31st(ESO plus cycle) it got turned off. ESO help suggested contact Microsoft but I started a ticket in game anyway and updated it online. Contacted Microsoft and tried a few things with no luck. had to cancel the sub (refunded) and start a new one. kept ticket updated and within 3 days I got my past month crowns and new sub crowns. issue resolved. In the past when I'd not received the due monthly crowns (about a year ago it happened 2 months in a row) I started in game tickets and both times it was resolved within a few days. I'd suggest doing so but stay on top of that ticket and don't give up, yet be patient and allow a few days from most recent communication for a resolution.
It is annoying when this happens. I can tell you I have been a plus member since the Xbox version launched. It has happened to me in 2 to 3 month chunks.
It is easy to resolve.
1. Get a screenshot of your payment that includes your account name and email address from Xbox.com/billing section
2. Open a ticket. State you have not received crowns
3. Respond to the email with you screen shot as an attachment. Do not include it as a pic in the body as it will get stripped.
4. In 24 hours you will have your crowns

If I'm understanding this question right - you don't get the crowns after your subscription expires, you get it the day you pay for the subscription. If you were to pay for a full year's subscription (I don't even think you can do this, I think the highest is 6 months?), you would get a year's worth of crowns up front, right after you pay. Then, when that subscription were to expire a year later, and you pay for another year subscription, you would again get that next year's crowns up front.
Basically, you get the crowns as soon as you pay for the subscription - not when it expires. If you paid for a subscription and did not receive the crowns you were supposed to, you need to file a ticket. I have ESO Plus and have the 6-month subscription deal. I have always received my 6-months' worth of crowns as soon as the subscription was paid for and active.
